Initial Payment. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of non-returnable deposit of 30% of the total cost for accommodation rental. If a reservation is made less than 60 days before the accommodation period commences, payment in full must accompany the reservation form.

Balance of Payment. Once the reservation has been confirmed the person completing the reservation form [hereinafter called ´The Hirer] is responsible for the payment of the due balance. This sum must be paid, in full, not less than 60 days before the commencement of the reservation period. Failure to comply with this condition renders the reservation void and the non-returnable deposit is forfeited.

Amenities. The use of the accommodation and amenities, including the swimming pool is entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the Owner for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any individual, their property and effects.

Party Size . Under no circumstances must the number of persons occupying the property exceed that which is agreed on the booking form. Occupancy over the maximum party size, at any time during the rental period, will be charged at 100 Euros per day.

Hirer Responsibility. To treat the property and its contents responsibly, with care, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the rental period. Any excessive cleaning will be charged for.

Damages. A returnable deposit of £250.00 must be paid by the Hirer to the agent and sent with the deposit [minimum of 60 days before commencement of the let] or with full payment if reservation is made less than 60 days before commencement of let. Payment for all breakages and damage caused [fair wear and tear excepted] will be deducted from the deposit. The full deposit or deposit less the total cost of any damages will be sent to the Hirer within 14 days of the last day of the let period. Should damages incurred exceed the sum of the deposit, an invoice for the additional cost will be sent to the Hirer requiring payment to be made in full within 14 days.

Arrival & Departure Times. The property will be available for occupation from 3.00pm local time on the agreed date and The Hirer is responsible for vacating the property promptly by 10.00am on the agreed departure date.

Services. Where water, electricity, rubbish collection or any other services are disrupted by storm, fire or strike action, or any other cause beyond the control of the Owner, no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage sustained by The Hirer or any member of his/her party.

Safety. Every care has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests, but guests should take out their own holiday insurance. The person signing this form undertakes to ensure that all practical measures are taken to prevent injury to any party member. If there is an area of concern at the property please inform Prime Properties immediately.

Accommodation. Prime Properties will endeavour to supply the accommodation as booked. Subject to anything outside Prime Properties control we will offer accommodation of equal quality or refund the accommodation cost.

Facilities. Prime Properties will endeavour to provide any advertised facilities and acting as agents for the villa owner, will do their best to correct as quickly as possible any equipment breakdowns or other disruptions. However, no liability can be taken for non-delivery of any facilities.

Pets. Pets are not allowed in any accommodation provided by Prime Properties.

Prime Properties does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays in air or road services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, airport closures or other causes beyond our control.
