Well equipped, comfortable and private this villa offers true relaxation in a region considered to be one of the most unspoilt parts of Almeria. The nearest town is 5 mins to Turre where there are restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket and bakery; a weekly market is held on Fridays. Mojacar with its 17km of beach, bars, restaurants and shops is 15 mins away.
Casa Phoenix is a wonderful secluded villa set on a headland above the Cortijo Grande valley with panoramic mountain, valley and distant sea views. The villa is private, well equipped and comfortably furnished, excellent for a family or party of friends.
Central heating make this villa ideal for a winter break. The villa is set within its own large grounds with a 30ft swimming pool, complete with a mosaic phoenix, jacuzzi and beautiful courtyard to relax in. Surrounding the pool is a large sun terrace, with a cornered, shady area for dining alfresco or relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs.
The walled courtyard to one side of the villa offers a peaceful area with BBQ area, bar, tables and chairs. Planted with palms, olive trees and bouganvillea you are in a tranquil Mediterranean garden.
Beneath the red dome is the entrance hall to Casa Phoenix. To one side is a spacious, well furnished sitting room with an open fire and air conditioning, TV, DVD and VCR and controls for surround sound stereo music to all parts. All the patio doors lead out onto the pool sun terrace.
The other side of the hall is the well appointed kitchen with ample fridge/freezer space, dishwasher, breakfast area and a utiliy room with washing machine and water softening unit.
Within the main living area of the house are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom, with super king bed and full ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms, one twin bedded and the other double bedded sharing a full bathroom.
Outside is a flight of steps to a further twin bedded room with its own shower room, and sun terrace.
All bedrooms have private patio areas or a balcony with views over truly unspoilt countryside to the Sierra Cabrera and the golf course below in the citrus valley of Cortijo Grande.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 euros per hour.
We understand that with the increasing charges for luggage, space is at its premium, so we supply all the towels for use in the villa, a beach towel each and a hairdrier at no additional cost.
Please ensure that on vacating the property, that it is left clean and tidy and all personal belongings, and refuse/rubbish are removed.
