RENTAL RATES - Their rates are low and our quality of service is high.
NO FUEL CHARGES - Fed up paying through the nose for a compulsory tank of
fuel? With Costa Coches Rent-a-Car you collect your rental vehicle with a
full tank of fuel. You then return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, as
it was when you collected it, or we will be obliged to charge you.
NO LONG QUEUES - You will be met at the airport by their representative and
taken directly to your rental vehicle. Your rental contract will be already
filled in with the information that you sent to us with your booking. They
will simply check your ID, request a signature on the rental contract and
you are off!
EXCESS DAMAGE WAIVER - For a small additional cost you can waive your
liability to the usual excess and drive secure in the knowledge that you
will not be liable for any payment in the event of damage (cars only), with
the exception of wheels, windscreens and keys.
PAYMENT - We will take your payment just two days prior to collection. This
ensures that any problem with your credit card can be resolved prior to your
arrival in Spain, so saving time at the airport.
NO AMENDMENT FEES - If you need to amend your car hire reservation in any
way we will not penalize you. We make no charge whatsoever for amendments.
When the customer eventually pays and gets their completed contract they do not then want to spend another fifteen minutes aimlessly wandering around the car park looking for their hire car.
There will be a representative to meet you at the airport and hand you your ready completed contract after checking your passport and drivers license for ID purposes and show you to your hire car. Its as simple as that.
VEHICLE COLLECTION
Vehicle Collection at Alicante Airport. When collecting your hire car from Alicante Airport go the lifts in front of you as you leave the baggage hall and go up to the second level (DEPARTURES) and go outside you will be met by our representatives at the airport. The staff are easily identifiable by their bright yellow shirts. On presentation of your car hire voucher you will be walked across the your hire car. Your drivers license and passport details will be checked for identification purposes and you will be asked to check and sign you pre-prepared rental contract. Its as simple and as quick as that.
Vehicle Return to Alicante Airport. Drive into the airport as normal, keep in the left hand lane, you will pass the old car park on the left, pass the first left turn, signs will say PARKING and ARRIVALS, Take the next left which will have signs saying SALIDAS. Once you turn get into the right hand lane, you will pass the old Terminal 1 take the right fork (sign will say SALIDAS) at the top of the road turn immediate left and park in one of the bays. We will be waiting for you there. Please remember to top your car back up to full, otherwise you will be charged.
Vehicle Collection as San Javier (Murcia) Airport. If you are collecting your hire car from San Javier (Murcia) Airport you will be met, whatever the time, outside the arrivals hall by our representatives at the airport. Our staff are easily identifiable by their bright yellow shirts. On presentation of your car hire voucher you will walked across the road to your hire car and after your drivers license and passport details are checked for identification purposes and you have signed your pre-prepared rental contract you are on your way. Its as simple as that.
Vehicle Return to San Javier (Murcia) Airport. From the North AP7 come off at junction 784, at the first roundabout take the 3rd exit heading towards the Airport, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit where you will pass a Garden Centre on the left hand side, you will then pass another company that has flags outside and Plane Parking is 50m further on the left. You will be taken to departures in our minibus which takes just a couple of minutes. Vehicle Collection at Almeria Airport. If you are collecting your hire car from Almeria Airport you will be met, whatever the time, at the car part ticket machines, just across the road from the exit of the Arrival Hall, by our representative who will be holding a sign. On presentation of your car hire voucher you will be taken to your hire car which will be in the car park ready for you. If our representative is not there just wait a couple of minutes - he may be dealing with another client. Your drivers license and passport details will be checked for identification purposes and you will be asked to sign your pre-prepared rental contract. Its as simple and as quick as that.
Vehicle Return to Almeria Airport. On your return to Almeria Airport of through the entrance barrier into the PUBLIC CAR PARK and park your car. Our representative will be waiting for you are the Ticket Office (where you were met on arrival). Please remember to top your car back up to full, otherwise you will be charged and to hand your car park ticket to our representative, otherwise we will be charge for 24 hours parking and will have to pass this charge on. If you are unable to return you hire car at the time stated on your booking from please call the telephone number on your car hire voucher and advise our airport representative of your revised return time.
Vehicle Collection at our Mojacar Playa Depot. If you are collecting your hire car from our depot at Mojacar Playa our location and hours of business are as follows.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1800. Saturday 1000 to 1400.

I have to say that I was a little dubious about using an unknown car hrie company but the cost was too tempting to resist. We arrived at Alicante Airport and were away in minutes.
